Our Easy 5 Step Building Process

The staff at Broll Homes strive to make the home buying process as simple as possible. We walk out clients through an easy five step process:

Initial Meeting

This meeting will allow us, at Broll Homes, to learn about what you are looking for in a home. Whether it be something streamline, simple, and contemporary to traditional Texas style homes. We also get the opportunity to learn what your ‘must haves’ and ‘don’t wants’ are. This will allow up to properly put together an initial bid.

Homesite Evaluation

After we discuss your project and get an idea of what you are looking for we then conduct a homesite evaluation. What this enables us to do is get an idea of how much foundation is required for your project and will help us to give you a proper preliminary bid.

Initial Bid

Our pricing process is easy and flexible. We base all our pricing on price per square foot. If you can tell us how big you want your home to be we can give you a initial bid that includes all our great standard features. We are also able to completely customize every home with any features you may want, and include the prices of upgrades (or down grades) in the initial bid.


Once you are confident that you want to move forward with Broll Homes we then start the design process. You meet with our architect and can start designing plans from scratch or work to modify existing floor plans. Once the initial floor plans is designed and approved by you we complete the check set and make any other changes you may want.

Final Proposal

Once we have a completed set of plans we are then able to calculate the final contracted price for your home. At this point we can make adjustments to keep you within budget or add additional items if needed/wanted. Then you receive the final contract to sign, and then the permitting and construction process can being!
